Overview
CHMP works with a network of merchant partners, including restaurants, grocery stores, and online retail vendors, to bring reliable products and services to customers across the marketplace.
Eligibility Requirements
To become a CHMP merchant partner, a business must hold valid registration, licences, and permits required by applicable law, and must be able to reliably fulfill customer orders.
Listing Standards
Merchant partners are responsible for keeping product or menu listings, pricing, availability, and business hours accurate and up to date at all times.
Order Fulfillment Standards
- • Accept and process orders promptly.
- • Notify CHMP immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
- • Keep cancellation rates within acceptable limits.
- • Prepare and package orders properly for pickup or delivery.
Halal Products
Merchant partners that represent products as halal are responsible for ensuring that all halal claims are accurate and supported by appropriate certification where applicable.
Customer Service Standards
Merchant partners must respond to customer concerns promptly and cooperate with CHMP in resolving complaints, refund requests, and order issues.
Fees and Payments
Applicable commission rates, service fees, and payout terms are set out in the merchant's specific CHMP Partner Agreement.
Performance Monitoring
CHMP may monitor merchant performance, including order accuracy, cancellation rates, and customer ratings, to maintain a reliable marketplace experience.
Code of Conduct
- • Treat customers and delivery partners with respect and professionalism.
- • Do not discriminate against customers or delivery partners.
- • Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair business practices.
Suspension or Termination
CHMP may suspend or terminate a merchant partner's account for violations of this Policy, applicable law, or the merchant's Partner Agreement.
Changes to This Policy
CHMP may update this Merchant Partner Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on the CHMP website.
